You can directly pay this payment to our paypal account: sale@einausschalten.com . Or you also can tell us your PayPal account, we will send a bill to you via PayPal.

2.You can also pay the payment by MasterCard and VISA.

(1) Choose to pay with your credit card in PayPal.

(2) We will send you an email for the payment request, and you can pay for your order through that email by a MasterCard or VISA.

Delivery:
We will deliver directly the parcel to your delivery address as soon as we receive your full payment. 
For high valued products, we may require the verification of your mailing address before the delivery. 
All items are carefully checked and well packed before the dispatch. 
Delivery methods:
1. Airmail: 7~15 working days (If your products has the battery, it will take 10-25 working days.)
2. Door to door Express: 3~9 working days, For example: EMS, DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc.

Returns:
Defective and missing parts: If you receive an item that is defective, or not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, pls send back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt. 
The item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition with its original box, packaging material, contents, and accessories. 
In case of the missing parts, please notify us on the same day once you receive the product.

Customs duties or import taxes:
You might have to pay an amount charged by your Customs including ( and not limited to) the duties, taxes or any other extra fees collected by courier company or postal services.

(1) If you choose to transport by package, you don’t need to pay any customs fees.
(2) If you choose express transportation, such as DHL, UPS, etc. When you receive the package, you typically don’t have to pay tariffs. But if you pay the tariff, please contact us and send us the tariff bill, we will return you the same amount of cash voucher, you can use this voucher to purchase any products of us.
